What does it mean to be a partner of the Llanddona Fundraiser?

Updated: Sep 28, 2021

Those of you who are eagle-eyed may have noticed Our People page on our website.

But what does it mean to be partnered with the Llanddona Fundraiser? What do you get out of it? And how do you become a partner? Well, read on to find out!

What does it mean to be a partner of ours?

Being a partner of the Llanddona Fundraiser involves collaboration wih us both in-person and online.

In-person

This October half term, we are hiding 5 golden boxes to be found within Llanddona and each box will contain goodies from each of our partners. We’re already partnered with local businesses that supply coffee, chocolate, tea and ice cream!

We will have a starting point during our treasure hunt where we will promote your brand.

Online

We have an active online presence, posting across a variety of different social media platforms. We are passionate about the local community of Anglesey and are very open to sharing local businesses and communities across our channels.

We do of course ask for our page to be shared in return, in the hope to reach more people and achieve our overall aim of raising funds!

What do you get out of being a partner?

Exposure! As mentioned above, we’re very keen to have a strong online presence and in-person local presence. We want our platform to spread the news of many businesses and projects committed to the same passions that we share.

Once partnered, we will:

- Include your products/ services in local events that we host

- Inform our social media followers to visit your website and social media pages

- Discuss any ideas that you may have on how we can best work together

How do you become a partner of the Llanddona Fundraiser?

We set out fundraiser up to drive two of our strongest passions. Ideally, a partner of ours shares at least one of those passions:

Passion 1

You are committed to preserving the environment and passionate about sustainability. We reflect this in our promise for every £5 we receive, to also plant 1 tree back into the environment.

Passion 2

Our fundraiser is aimed at two local churches within Anglesey, North Wales. More specifically, St Dona's Church and St Iestyn's Church. If you are a business within the local community and wish to get involved, then be sure to get in touch!

Whichever reason you may have for wanting to partner with us, we make sure to collaborate with you both online and in-person!

So, if being a partner of ours does interest you, then be sure to email us at hello@llanddonafundraiser.org and we’ll make sure to include you on our website and during our next event!
